
We made a an Imperial IPA for the winter season and people loved it so much we kept it around. We upped the hops and alcohol, added some rye for spiciness and maple sugar from the great state of Vermont for well, maple-ness. This is a big hoppy Imperial IPA that is a balanced, aromatic, dry, and delicious. It pairs well to powerful flavors and bright foods. Enjoy!
