Bitter Bros Head Brewer John Hunter was waiting on his equipment to come in so we helped him get some creative energy out. This red ale's solid crystal malt backbone combines seamlessly with the Strawberry Roiboos Tea Blend from Ryan Bros. to create a soft cocoa nib roast with rose, hibiscus and strawberry in the the background. Served on nitro to accentuate the subtle richness of the flavors, this beer is a great start or finish to the evening.
