This is Mendocino's take on the classic Czech Style Pilsner. What separates a Czech Pilsner from its more common brethren is its use of hops. While still being light in color, our craft brewed Peregrine Pilsner sets itself apart from others by providing an enjoyable, crisp hop flavor derived from noble hops to make this a refreshing, drinkable, and superbly satisfying beer.
