Brewed and cellared in accordance with German Purity Laws of 1516, this is a Munich style Helles, meaning "light". This clean lager has a pale yellow / straw color with nice bread-like honey notes that emanate from the German malts. Brewed with yeast currently used in Munich Lagers and hopped with Hersbucker hops, this beer leaves a nice hint of spice with a perfect dry, balanced finish.
