This brew is named for the brewer's granddaughter. You know there's a good story here, ask your server or the brewer for details. Brewed with pale ale malt, Weyermann Carared malt, Crystal 60, malted white wheat and just a touch of roasted barley for color and a slight roasted flavor. This beer is single hopped with US Golding for a nice balance between hop bitterness and malt sweetness.
