Our Eye Crosser® India Pale Ale (IPA) is an Imperial IPA that is intensely hoppy but not harsh. The intense hop character of our IPA is created by insane amounts of bittering and dry hops, resulting in approximately 80 IBUs. A creative mixture of pale, wheat and caramel malt balances the intense hop character and alcohol content (Alc. 8% by Vol.), resulting in a continental, rather than a west coast, style IPA.
