Toppan is our West Coast take on the popular cloudy and juicy IPAs of Vermont and New England. Though it's influenced by some of the IPAs being made in the North East, but we kept it's West Coast identity by using our Californian Ale yeast. It's super juicy and fruit forward, has a softer bitterness, and is cloudy in appearance. ABV: 6.3%, IBU 68, SRM 6.
