Acedia is a traditional red / amber ale with lots of oats and flaked barley added to give the beer a bigger, more silky body. It is a sessionable 5.2% abv, has flavors of sweet caramel, and is hopped very little. It's incredibly easy drinking and served on nitrogen to give it a creamy texture. ABV: 5.2%, IBU 26, SRM 15.
