Those who have supported us from the beginning may remember Batch 1, our very first beer ever brewed. Batch 1 was a more bitter, lower alcohol version of our Progress Pale Series. It was light, crisp, and refreshing. It utilized an experimental hop called HBC-342 and Simcoe, which gave the beer a pleasant citrus, melon, and piney flavor.
