Gloom is a warming beer made for the cloudy overcast days of winter. Tim came up with a recipe that includes figs grown in Highland Park. Those figs were cooked into a paste with brown sugar. We used a series of specialty malts to develop plum and dark fruit complexity. This is a rich, warming beer with complex fruit character from fermentation. Enjoy the Gloom!
