The Malt utilized is a English style pale malt known as "Golden Promise". It imparts a gentle toasty sweetness to any beer. It is a popular base malt (majority of grain portion of a recipe) for many beer styles. The hop character comes solely from a German hop known as Mandarina Bavaria. It is the daughter of the extremely popular "Cascade" variety. It is known to create wonderful aromas and flavors of tangerines, and various other citrus flavors.
