We took some of our El Toro Negro Oatmeal Stout above and aged it in an oak barrel that previously contained Old Fitgerald whiskey. It aged in the barrel for 7 months prior to kegging it. The aging gives the beer a subtle but distinctive complex whiskey flavor and aroma. Supply is limited on this beer
