Our Four Headed Hefe is a German style Hefeweizen. Notice the unfiltered and cloudy appearance. The prefix "Hefe" means "with yeast." The yeast produces flavors of banana, cloves and a hint of apple, similar to the taste of a banana salt water taffy. Our Four Headed Hefe is a light and refreshing beer that you can drink throughout the year. Here again, for the fizzy beer drinkers, this is a fantastic beer to crossover to the craft side. The Four Headed Hefe has an ABV 5.2%. It goes great with a wide variety of foods: poultry, beef, pork, seafood and of course BBQ.
