Manic Mango is a fruit filled 6% mango IPA-totally unfiltered and crammed to the brim with ripe mango, juicy orange, peach and pineapple. In the glass the beer glows, with wheat and oats dancing alongside the extra pale malt to give a thick, juice like appearance. Magnum and Citra were added to the kettle, with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Idaho 7 added to the whirlpool. Over 200 litres of Mango Juice went into this small-batch brew, and the final beer is an explosion of fruit with a soft bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Collaboration beer with Brewski.
