We fermented and aged one of our flagship beers, Pirate's Breakfast, an Imperial Oatmeal Stout, in four Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. The final blend is smoothly balanced and has complex layers of chocolate, vanilla, oak, bourbon, spice, and dark fruit characteristics.
