There are butchers who follow standards and those that set them in the first place. We feel the same way about our brews. This beer is brewed with malts yielding flavors of coffee and cocoa bean. Generous late hop additions bring forward aromas of pine and citrus, which then are balanced with a fruity and toasty body. This beer is our standard black IPA, why not make it yours too?
