Slightly higher alcohol percentage than this style usually has. Wheat 60%, and 40% Pilsner malts. Yellowish color, banana and clover esters, slight yeast taste, fermented with Bavarian style yeast. Most popular house brew, good for a hot day. Good introduction to craft beer.
