Up to the time IPA, dry and not too bitter yet brimming with floral, citrus aroma. The nose is a blend of sweet citrus mixed with some deep fruity notes. This ale is hoppy up front, yet finishes with a nice balance between light malt sweetness and a clean solid bittering. At 6.8% it is not a session beer, but it is designed to be palatable for extended drinking pleasure. 40 is the new 30, and IPA is the new Lager.
