A full bodied dark ale. We use lactose sugar for a milk mouth feel, age the beer for 3 days on Tahitian vanilla beans, and De La Paz coffee beans. Then lastly we infuse 10 punds of cocoa nibs for a chocolate finish. Rich, roasty, chocolaty candy.
