Ruski Noir is a big Russian Imperial Stout dark as the Siberian night. Our brewers like doing different varieties of this complex beer. Look for casks in the Tasting Room and at events. This beer is perfect for aging, hold on to a bottle for years. A limited amount of the 2014 batch made it into Bourbon Barrels, keep an eye out for bottles and draft!
