Nice enough drop, with some lovely smells and a refreshing taste in the back of the tongue. A comfy position, not far off dark enough to be a porter but still bursting with flavour.

Had a few so taste buds might be shot. Dark ipa which is full of flavour. Borderline stout but easy to drink which makes it lighter then stouts as normally wouldn’t touch them. Don’t think a sessional drink as could get heavy.

I would say this is closer to a mild than a black IPA. I do get hops but I was expecting more. I can taste a little of the roasted malts.
