This one has a nice crisp bitterness. It's artisanal, and keeps a rough edge nevertheless. A slight cocoa aroma on the tongue.

Robe trouble orangée, mousse blanche fine et persistante. Sent le pamplemousse a plein nez. Ronde, très amer, un côté orange amer sucré, pamplemousse. Agrumée et sucrée... Plutôt complexe en fait. À tester 😉
