We took our "unplugged" imperial chocolate stout and aged it in oak bourbon barrels for one year. The result was an outstanding, flavorful, and very well balanced bourbon barrel aged stout. Every year we do a different series of bourbon barrels, and every year they move fast, so make sure to grab a pint of these delicious one-of-a-kind brews before they're gone!
