Traditional in style, our Wee Heavy is biscuity and nutty, with sweet malty aromas of brown sugar and treacle. Clean, subtle bitterness from low hopping rates let the malt take a dominate front seat. Dark amber and rich in flavor, this ale will pair exceptionally well with a Steak Diane glazed with Portabella sauce, Mussels, and Emmental cheese.
