Altar Boy is our Americanized interpretation of a Belgian Pale Ale. Extra Pale in color, Altar Boy gets its unique flavor from the use of a yeast strain originating from a well known Trappist brewery, combined with lemony Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. These hops are used assertively and contribute to the quenching, refreshing qualities of this eminently quaffable brew. 6.1% alcohol by volume
