Last Rites is an intense yet extremely drinkable Bourbon barrel aged Stout. Cocoa nibs were added throughout the brew: Mash Tun, Boil Kettle and Fermenter. Chocolate malts from Belgium, Pategonia, and the good ol' USA, adds to it's robust chocolate flavor. 12 months of aging in only the highest quality Bourbon barrels rounds out this extraordinary brew. At 16% alcohol, Last Rites is worthy of any body's final meal. Enjoy fresh or age to perfection. Released late winter / early spring each year.
