The Ali-Gator is a brown colored Doppelbock with soft toffee and cream soda-like aromas.  This beer is malt forward with big toasty and caramel flavors along with a pleasant pecan nuttiness.  A lingering sweetness dries the palate, offering a light bitterness late in the finish.
