Tapawera is an India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. Delightful citrus aromas of tangerine and orange blend with a distinct earthiness, creating an appealing hop laced nose.  An initial pineapple fruitiness is complimented by sweet toasty malt flavors before a sizable, but not overwhelming, bitterness.  The overall experience is a clean and balanced showcasing of aroma, flavor, and bitterness of this multifaceted hop variety.
