Declaration Ale is a perfect copper-colored American India Pale Ale abundant with juicy fruit-filled hop aromas from the use of six different hop varieties. Malt sweetness takes a back seat to a medley of lush hop flavors, ranging from dank wet earthiness to bitter herbs and greens. The finish is punctuated by a clean and dry grassy bitterness.
