Pinball Whispers is an American Sour Ale fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. With a primary fermentation that lasted over a month, late additions of apples and sour Mount Morencey cherries contributed to the reddish orange hue. Bountiful fruit filled aromatics are laced with hints of tangy tartness. Refreshing flavors of apple and soft cherry mix with a bite of acidity, which will inevitably strengthen over time and continue to build adding a complexity of sourness.
