Tasty qualities of citrus fruit and berries are prominently featured. The perfect bitterness resonates across the palate, complementing the awesome hop intensity.

Side by side review with Bell's Hopslam. My brother said they were similar, so we'll see. For some reason, I poured the Hopslam in the Lager Mill glass and not the Bell's glass, and the Superfluid in the Bell's glass. I'm getting some hoppiness along with a nice malty sweetness in the aroma. In the taste, the hop bitterness is not nearly as strong. This one also has a sweetness, like Hopslam, but I don't believe it's from honey, but instead from fruit. Grapefruit mostly, and just like Hopslam, I'm getting a piney taste. This has a mouthfeel that's on the higher end of medium with a higher carbonation than Hopslam. This one, while starting out less bitter, definitely finishes more bitter than Hopslam. I'd say these two are not really that similar. This one is way more bitter and not as well executed, in my opinion. It's not bad by any means, but Hopslam is better. 3.75/5
