A big dark ale aged in local bourbon barrels. Full-flavored & satisfying, but still delicate & not too filling. A sweet aroma of caramel & vanilla emanates, balanced by a pleasing dryness. The bourbon bite is faint, the carbonation mild, and the finish very warm.
