North Peak Siren amber ale isn't your beginners amber, it's much more complex. The hops selected for Siren balance and complement the malt character. It is smoother, well-balanced and has a rich amber hue.

Aroma is bready and caramel. In the taste, I'm getting caramel more than the breadiness, but both are there and this tastes great. One I will definitely keep around. I may have to try this fresher though, since apparently this is supposed to be somewhat hoppy. This bottle is the better part of 1 1/2 years old, so the hoppiness will have faded quite a bit. We shall see. As this stands, 4/5
