Double Black IPA brewed with the elusive Simcoe hops, a big malt foundation, and just enough midnight wheat to push the color to black without making it roasty. Dry hopped with the perfect amount of Falconers Flight, Ahtanum & Hull Melons to give it a fruity nose but still leave a hint of chocolate. This beer is big & bitter, but surprisingly easy to drink.
