This is our version of a West-Coast Red Ale, known for its generous citrusy hop flavor and aroma. Usually all of the aroma hops are added during the boil. We liberally "dry-hop" (adding hops after fermentation) this beer to infuse a pronounced and fresh hop character that we think you'll enjoy.
