This is one bad Mamma Jamma of an IPA. It is bittered with Apollo hops and and there are a blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial and Meridian hops added right at the end of the boil to give this beer an aggressive but round hop character that is tasty and complex. We dry-hopped this beer with some Simcoe to lend a bit more piney character.
