This is our Belgian-Style Tripel brewed with Pilsner malt and German hops. This is the same yeast strain as the Gnome Wrecker so you may notice a familiar fermentation characteristic in the flavor profile. This beer is a project in the works and we plan to brew this one several times with different yeast varieties for the sake of experimentation.
