Tumman ruskean värinen olut, kuohkea vaahto joka kesti aika kauan. Hentoiset makeat tuoksut. Maku maltainen ja hieman mausteinen joka muuttuu katkeraksi ja suutuntumaltaan kuivahkoksi. Nimensä mukaisesti sopii kyllä talvisiin iltoihin, ja varsinkin näin joulun tunnelmaan.
