
This hoppy lager was brewed with pilsner malt and Santiam hops and was fermented with a clean lager yeast.
The Santiam hops have a spicy, floral hop aroma and their firm hop bitterness helps give this beer its characteristic dry finish. Its flavor and finish are also very clean, owing to the long cold-conditioning process undergone by lagers. The result is a dry, refreshing, and hoppy lager.
