An amber-hued blend of HXL and Red Snapper, put into sour oak the winter of '14 and '13 respectively. Notes of oaky red wine, subtle citrus rind, and slight alcohol in the nose. The combination of American hops and oak creates a juicy wine-like character upfront. Mild tartness, finishes moderately bitter and tannic, with faint alcohol warmth.
