This rustic-style, unfiltered amber is easy drinking amber with a serious malt nose and light straw. Notes of caramel and biscuit upfront, light tart and mineral flavors towards the back of mouth. It's light and bounces off the palate leaving behind a slightly floral and spicy hop flavor.
