Our Baltic Porter is a complex yet drinkable winter warmer. Brewed in the style of a high-gravity porter, Baltic Porters were traditionally fermented at cold temperatures with a lager yeast, as is the German tradition, and have remained popular in the Baltic and Norse countries. Rich, roasty malt notes make up the aroma, with hints of brown sugar and raisin to complement in the flavor. The beer shows medium bitterness throughout, and the roasted cocoa, spice, and dark fruit notes linger into an eventual dry finish.
