This multiple-award-winning beer is the creation of Phil Sullivan, 2012 Midwest Homebrewer of the Year. Perfectly true-to-style, this rare German-style ale is fermented at warm temperatures to bring about fruity esters, then cold lagered for several weeks to dry up. The result is a clean, crisp brew, with notes of fresh-baked bread and Noble hops with a light fruitiness and a crisp, dry finish. Extremely refreshing.
