Coriander and orange peel in the aroma, along with some banana and cloves. Perhaps that's from whatever yeast was used. Taste has the orange peel first, followed by the coriander, banana and cloves. The banana and cloves linger in the aftertaste. The booze in this 9% imperial witbier is slightly apparent, but not distracting or hot going down the throat. Medium+ body with medium carbonation. Despite the high abv, this is pretty decently refreshing and goes down easy. Definitely not a lawn mower beer, but sure does taste like a good one would. Maybe a beer for after the lawn is mowed. I like witbiers a lot and this is a very good one. Highly recommended. 4.25/5
