Nog een bier uit Letland, Riga. Een fris hoppig licht bier. Medium bitter maar smaak technisch als je het zo mag noemen nogal dun.🌊

Revisiting an old beer. The first Latvian beer I had when I first came to visit my family, way back in 1996. As well as being surpassed by much better beers, these days it is also a watery version of its former self. Still, this brings back fond memories for me, summers by the beach drinking this beer amongst the trees and dunes in Klapkalnciems then going for a swim in the warm Gulf of Rīga… back then it was in bottles, tasted loads better and was about 40p a bottle…
