Rando IPA #11 is another fun installment in the Rando IPA series. This IPA has a malt bill that uses some experimental malts created by Oregon State along with our standard 2-Row and a small amount of flaked rye. The main hops in this beer are Falconers Flight hop blend, Idaho 7's, a new hop out of Idaho, and the first ever Oregon grown Amarillo hops. One of the three dry hops includes a small amount of Simcoe, Australian Topaz and Crystal hops. Experimental malt, and experimental hops make a very experimental IPA!
