Organic Espresso Stout is our yearly collaboration with Portland Roasting and one of our favorite brews of the year. Every year Portland Roasting is kind enough to let our brewers come out and do a coffee cupping where they get to pick out a special blend of organic coffee for our stout. This year the brewer's special blend includes organic coffee from Mexico, Peru and Sumatra which compliments and accentuates the roast, chocolate and coffee flavors already in the beer. The result is a smooth dark stout that has layers of rich roast flavor. Enjoy!
