Single Malt And Single Hop. Our friends at Crosby Hop Farm supplied us with some beautiful organic Crystal hops, and we thought it would be a shame to use them in anything but a single-hop IPA. Expanding on that theme we brought in 1100 pounds of organic pale malt from one of our favorite maltsters, Weyermann Specialty Malts. This organic SMASH IPA showcases the unadulterated splendor of these two top-shelf ingredients.
