A unique take on an IPA. Pilsner and wheat malts contribute very light, bright malt notes. A good bump of Citra and Galaxy hops in the kettle supply the backbone and some interesting hop aromatics. Then we ferment this with some French Saison yeast and add layers of spicy, fruity fermentation flavors, boosting the hop aromas. We further enhance the yeast character of this brew by packaging it unfiltered. Cheers!
