
To complete our "French Saison Trilogy," we brewed an American take on a Saison ale. The American part comes from the use of Northwest 2-row and wheat malts, along with a very new world hop…Citra. Fermenting warm with some French Saison yeast imparts some very intense floral and spicy notes to complement the citrus component added by the hops. A nice session beer for all occasions and most importantly to bring on Spring!
